When you apply for, open, or maintain a merchant account with us we collect the following types of information:

Information such as your name, address, Social Security number, date of birth, federal tax id number, and processing history

Information about your past processing transactions, such as your processing history and banking history

Our partner companies will access information about you from consumer reporting agencies and business-reporting agencies

We may disclose some of this personal information among our partner companies with which we have joint marketing agreements or that have partnered with AVATAS to offer solutions to our merchants. The goal of these relationships is to offer our merchants enhanced solutions that will better serve your financial needs.
